This issue arrives as Door County begins rounding the corner into Autumn. The evidence is apparent in the cooler nights, the leaves with a yellower or redder shade, and the dryer, crisper air that blows through our peninsula. While the explosion of color that will arrive within just a few short weeks continues to earn its reputation, the warmer temperatures and late-summer vibe of September/October in Door County can’t be missed.
